Her Story

"Hi, I'm Cindy! I'm a certified postpartum doula, a wife, and a proud mom of two."

I'm located in San Leandro and have firsthand experience with two very different newborn journeys. My son, who is now 7, was a colicky baby, and my daughter, now 4, was born prematurely. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of how challenging, emotional, and exhausting the early days of parenthood can be.

Becoming a mom showed me just how much support families truly need, and it inspired me to become a postpartum doula. I love being able to give parents the reassurance and support they need while caring for their little one, so they can take a moment to rest and recover.

When I'm not supporting families, I love spending time with my husband and our two kids and going on little adventures together. I feel incredibly lucky to do work that allows me to care for others while being a mom myself.

My Approach

Compassionate, non-judgmental support.

My approach is centered around compassionate, non-judgmental support for both baby and parents. I believe every family is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to postpartum care.

I meet families where they are, listen to their needs, and provide calm, attentive support that allows parents to rest and feel at ease knowing their baby is safe and well cared for.

My goal is to help families feel supported, reassured, and never alone during those early days and nights.

What I Love Most

The trust and connection with each family.

What I love most is the trust and connection I build with each family. I love knowing that parents feel comfortable and confident leaving their baby in my care, allowing them to truly rest.

Watching families become more confident, seeing their babies grow, and knowing that my support makes their postpartum journey a little easier is incredibly rewarding.

I'm grateful to be welcomed into such a special time in their lives and to be a part of their village.
